* College Degree Maritime Deck Transportation or equivalent* USCG Unrestricted Masters License or equivalent* Command experience as a vessel captain* Excellent leadership, communication and management skills* Computer skills in information systems and computer control consoles* Dynamic Positioning Systems* Marine environmental and hazardous material regulations and procedures* Offshore marine operations, industrial environment, and drilling operations* Speak English and language of the country where drilling operations occur
