Marine Supervisor offshore crude oil and ballasting tank cleaning for inspections will - be skilled and experienced in similar positions in Maintenance activities on Oil & Gas Industry off-shore, ideally with an operator. - Marine off-shore field supervisor, working with the crew and sub-contractors for tank access and cleaning activities - experience on FPSOs - Coordination between Client representatives, crew, Sub-contractors and on-shore support and management - Planning of the tank cleaning activities to carry out concerning manpower, equipments - Able to revise and write procedures regarding crude oil and ballasting tank access, cleaning and inspection, with a particular focus on Safety and HSE requirements - Supervise and coordinate the whole off-shore Contractor maintenance crew, in particular logistics and crew change rotation plan - Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting to client and management - training attitude towards collegues, specially developing local national.
